All rights to the materials published in Tempus Pontem: Azerbaijan Journal of Archaeology and Anthropology (TP: AJAA) belong to the Institute of Archaeology and Anthropology of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS).

License

All materials in TP: AJAA are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license.

This means that users are allowed to:

— Read, download, copy, and distribute materials freely;

— Use them for educational and research purposes;

— Provided that proper attribution is given to the authors, the journal, and the original publication.

Restrictions

— Materials may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission from the editorial board.

— Materials may not be altered, adapted, or used to create derivative works (including translations) without prior authorisation;

— Any violation of these conditions will be considered a breach of copyright.

Authors’ Rights

Authors retain copyright of their works. However, by publishing in TP: AJAA, they grant the journal the right to distribute their articles under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license.

Authors are permitted to deposit their articles in personal archives and institutional repositories, provided that a reference to the original publication in TP: AJAA is included.

Permission Requests
