Open Access Policy

The Tempus Pontem: Azerbaijan Journal of Archaeology and Anthropology (TP: AJAA) offers optional open-access publishing via open-access agreements. Depending on the agreement with the journal, authors can publish open access at a discounted rate or for free.

TP: AJAA is committed to the long-term preservation of its published content and employs reliable archiving solutions to guarantee perpetual access. Additionally, the journal assigns Crossref Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) to all its issues and their contents, facilitating access to their permanent links on the internet.

In addition to institutional archiving, the journal strongly encourages authors to self-archive their published articles in institutional repositories, personal academic websites, or other open-access platforms. Such practices not only enhance the visibility and citation potential of the research but also foster wider scholarly exchange and collaboration.

Authors retain copyright of their work without restrictions. The authors grant the journal the right of first publication.
